Core Tip Laparoscopic and robotic surgeries for pan-crea-tic cancer are very promising for reducing the frequent complications that occur after open surgery. Nevertheless, the oncologic long-term results remain the cornerstone of any procedure. Most of the studies revealed a lack of evidence for long-term benefits and few comparisons with alternative options.
