| Core Tip |
Based on industry accepted standards, cost/quality-adjusted life year (QALY) estimates supported both reverse-total shoulder arthroplasty (RSA) and total hip arthroplasty cost-effectiveness. The cost/QALY estimates identified in this study support the growing use of RSA to improve patient quality of life.
