Core Tip Spontaneous abdominal aortic pseudoaneurysm rupture via the sigmoid mesocolon into the lumen of the sigmoid colon is a rare clinical manifestation. We report a case of a patient with Behcet’s disease who was successfully treated with stent grafting instead of surgical management.
