| Core Tip |
Extraskeletal Ewing’s sarcoma/peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumors (E-EWS/pPNETs) are rare aggressive malignant small round cell tumors that are derived from the outer central and autonomic nervous systems. To date, there have been only five reported cases of E-EWS/pPNET of the small bowel including the patient presented in this report. The patient presented in this report is the youngest and had the worst prognosis. |
