Key Words |
Middle third gastric carcinoma; Prognosis; Curative resection |
Core Tip |
The clinicopathological features of the patients with middle third gastric carcinoma (MGC) were reviewed retrospectively. Tumor location did not affect the prognosis. When the MGC group was divided into patients with or without curative resection, the survival rates were higher for patients with curative resection. Therefore, curative resection is important for improving the prognosis of patients with MGC. |
