Core Tip Until recent years there has been little pu-blished literature about the dermatoscopy of atypical fibroxanthoma (AFX). A case of AFX is pre-sented. Dermatoscopy could be helpful in avoiding a mis-diagnosis and undertreatment of this tumour.
