Aberrant expression of T-cell antigens including CD4 in ALK-negative diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a rare phenomenon that raises interesting biological and diagnostic considerations. With regards to our series of DLBCLs expressing CD4, it appears that at least a subset may behave aggressively based on our data. |
