We report the case of a 7 years old patient with a Chance fracture and dislocation of the 3rd lumbar vertebra associated with abdominal injuries and cauda equina syndrome. Initial radiological examinations led to a multidisciplinary surgical management. Particular attention must be paid to these lesions in the initial evaluation. |
