Core Tip	Treatment of liver recurrence after a cytoreductive surgery and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy is a great challenge. We report here the case of a young patient with metachronous liver metastases who was treated with a limited resection of segment Ⅰ of the liver and vascular graft interposition of the inferior vena cava achieving a long-term survival. The surgical approach of these patients is extremely complicated and often requires complex major surgical procedures.
