Core Tip |
Despite ongoing development in treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), effective biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment for HCC are not available. Profiling of proteins puts proteomics on the forefront to understand promising new biomarkers and drug targets for HCC. HCC proteome database would be an important step towards identifying tumor associated proteins as potential therapeutic targets in the treatment of HCC.
