Core Tip |
Health related quality of life (HRQOL) is an important outcome measure in chronic diseases. The aim of this study was to assess quality of life and a range of epidemiological and clinical factors among people with type 2 diabetes. The findings of the present study showed that age, level of education, income, body mass index, functional limitation, psychological distress and number of comorbidities have a decisive role on HRQOL of patients with type 2 diabetes. So, it is important to improve the HRQOL by considering above predictors as an appropriate mechanism for public health interventions for type 2 diabetes. |
