Hwangryunhaedok-tang, a traditional herbal medicine, has been used to treat gastrointestinal diseases. Our data suggest that HHT can depolarize the pacemaker potentials of cultured interstitial cells of Cajal from mouse small intestine and may be a novel prokinetic agent. |
