Core Tip |
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is associated with an increased risk of colorectal adenoma. The association of NAFLD and hyperplastic polyps remains unclear. We utilized 3686 individuals undergoing health checkups to analyze the relationship between NAFLD and colorectal adenomatous and hyperplastic polyps. NAFLD is associated with colorectal adenomatous and hyperplastic polyps in men but not in women. |
