We reported the world wide first case of intraductal papillary adenocarcinoma of bile duct in neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1) patient. Because patients with NF-1 have a mutation of the NF-1 gene associated with multiple tumors such as neuroma, and gastrointestinal stromal tumor, consideration for multiple tumors in NF-1 patients would be helpful. |
