Liposarcoma of the stomach is extremely rare, and only 37 cases have been reported in the literature. We herein report two cases and review the literature. These cases might contribute to improving our understanding of the etiology, diagnosis, treatment strategies, and outcome of liposarcoma of the stomach. This report can also serve as a reminder to gastroenterologists, surgeons, and pathologists who encounter liposarcoma of the stomach in their clinical practice. |
