An arterial leiomyosarcoma (aLMS) is a very rare and aggressive disease. The prognosis is also very poor. A 70-year-old man presented with an intra-abdominal aLMS with hepatic metastasis. He was treated with multimodal treatments that consisted of three surgeries, radiofrequency ablation, transarterial chemoembolization, and targeted therapy. He has survived for 53 mo after these treatments. Multimodal treatments could be helpful treating this kind of disease. |
