Core Tip |
G protein-coupled receptor 31 (GPR31) is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily whose biological function remains unclear in colorectal cancer (CRC). Expression of GPR31 and its prognostic significance in human CRC have not been studied. The present study aimed to investigate the expression of GPR31 and its clinical significance in human CRC. In our study, high GPR31 expression levels were found to be correlated with pM classification of CRC and to serve as an independent predictor of poor survival in patients with CRC. |
