Core Tip |
We first report the anti-tumor effect of L48H37 in pancreatic cancer and ascertain that KMT2D deficiency contributed significantly to the therapeutic effect in part through the protein kinase RNA-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase/eukaryotic initiation factor 2α/activating transcription factor 4/CHOP signaling pathway. It's worth noting that the relationship between KMT2D expression pattern and treatment effectiveness in clinical practice has yet to be further explored. |
