With our survey we would like to emphasize the need of regular audit activity at the outpatient clinic to improve patient satisfaction and to identify potential pitfalls of the outpatient pathway. Ideally every outpatient clinic or medical practice should conduct a survey yearly for quality improvement purposes to improve patient care and outcomes through systematic review of care against explicit criteria and implement changes if necessary. |
