Core Tip |
We evaluated the situation of blood flow in the hepatic sinusoids in hepatic steatosis mice, and found that both the velocity of the blood flow in the sinusoid and the diameter of the sinusoid decreased when the mice got fatty liver. Furthermore, we established the 3D imaging of the hepatic sinusoids to observe the sinusoids directly. |
