| Core Tip |
We report our results derived from intestinal epithelial cell A20 deletion mice in Crohn’s disease. The Crohn’s disease model was induced by 2, 4, 6 trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid. This study demonstrates for the first time that herbs-partitioned moxibustion can upregulate expression of A20, resulting in downregulation of tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) 1, TNFR1-associated death domain and receptor-interacting protein 1 to alleviate increased cell apoptosis in the intestinal epithelial barrier in Crohn's disease. |
