Core Tip	There have been 48 previous cases of inflammatory pseudotumor-like Follicular dendritic cell (FDC) sarcoma, which occurs almost exclusively in the liver and spleen. Here we report two cases of inflammatory pseudotumor-like FDC sarcoma in the liver that were treated with 3D laparoscopic right hepatectomy and open right hepatectomy separately.
