Two cases of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-associated gastric carcinoma were diagnosed by endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). Because of its low frequency of lymph node metastasis, EBV-associated carcinoma can be treated with ESD without additional surgery. |
