Core Tip |
Several factors lead to uncertain and unpredictable effects in iPSC culture and differentiation, which increase the risk of differentiation failure and cause the wastage of resources. Meanwhile, embryoid body (EB)-mediated differentiation is critical for iPSC-derived cell generation. Here, we summarize and update the approaches of EB formation in recent years, together with our experiences in the laboratory, to demonstrate the key characteristics and practical differentiation of hiPSCs in applications. |
