Core Tip |
Sclerotic lipoma in the hypopharynx is extremely rare. We report a case of hypopharyngeal sclerotic lipoma in a female patient. The lipoma was removed with Plasm radiofrequency at low temperature under general anesthesia. The patient had no discomfort in the hypopharynx after surgery. The pathologic findings, clinical feature, and treatment of the disease were presented and discussed. |
