Core Tip |
Coronary angiography and eventual revascularization have become the most common approach for patients with acute coronary syndromes. Ischemia detection in this scenario is usually regarded as unnecessary for most of the patients. However, some recent data suggest that it could have a role for decision-making process, particularly after ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction in the presence of multivessel disease, but also after non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome. |
