        | Core Tip |
LncRNA-SNHG15 is up-regulated in tissue and cell lines of hepatocellular carcinoma. Hepatocellular carcinoma patients with up-regulated lncRNA-SNHG15 level were more probably had larger tumor size, and advanced clinical stage. LncRNA-SNHG15 promotes cell proliferation, migration and invasion in HCC cell lines. MiR-490-3p/HDAC2 axis was determined to be the target regulated by lncRNA-SNHG15 in hepatocellular carcinoma, and the regulatory mechanism of lncRNA-SNHG15 has been preliminarily illuminated in HCC. |
