| Core Tip |
Hilar cholangiocarcinoma is accounting for about 50% of cholangiocarcinoma. Up to now, radical resection is the most effective method for the long-term survival of patients with this disease. However, many problems that plagued the hepatobiliary surgery field for a long time, including complex surgical procedures, low resection rate and postoperative complications. We have adopted the technique of “multiple Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostom reconstruction by formation of bile duct lake “ in the treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma since 2008, and obtained a satisfactory results both short-term and long-term. |
