Perianal epidermoid cysts are extremely rare and there is no special literature on the value of enhanced computed tomography (CT) examination for the diagnosis of perianal epidermoid cysts. This case report describes the value of enhanced CT examination for the diagnosis and surgical decision-making of patients with perianal epidermoid cysts and highlights that it may be a beneficial, useful and convenient approach for these patients. |
