We hereby present the successful management of a young female who presented with atraumatic groin pain. This patient was ultimately diagnosed with an aneurysmal bone cyst of the superior pubic ramus and underwent wide-excision, curettage, bone grafting and open reduction internal fixation of her right hemi-pelvis. This patient is currently mobilising comfortably and is being monitored in the out-patient setting for recurrence. |
