Lymphangioma is a benign lesion which rarely occurs in gastrointestinal of adults, especially small bowel lymphangioma is extremely rare cause of gastrointestinal bleeding. We present a case of jejunum lymphangioma manifested as melena and anemia, accompanied by hypogammaglobulinemia. Further, we summarized and analyzed all 23 reported cases from 1961 to 2019, and proposed our suggested algorithm for identification and management of this disease. |
