In this study, we evaluated the role of HULC in diagnosis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer and its possible biological potential as follows: Firstly, we studied the expression of HULC in serum and tissues of patients with pancreatic cancer. Secondly, we analyzed the relationship between HULC and clinical pathological parameters and prognosis of patients. Finally, we explored the effects of inhibiting the expression of HULC on proliferation, apoptosis and invasion abilities of pancreatic cancer cells and its possible biological potential. |
