Core Tip |
Colorectal cancer (CRC) causes an extremely high risk of death, and patients with it often miss the best treatment period due to the lack of clinical symptoms of early CRC, which affects their prognosis. At present, CRC is extremely difficult to prevent and treat. Under such a situation, this study tried to make an investigation to the changes in biological functions of CRC cells from the perspective of CRC mechanism, so as to study the effects of regulating Forkhead box F2-mediated Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway by miR-19a-3p on biological functions of CRC cells. |
