Core Tip |
125I radioactive seed implantation for oral cancer (OC) can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients and reduce their recurrence rate, thus having great clinical application prospect. By detecting growth differentiation factor 11 and programmed death receptor-1 of patients during the treatment, we discover that they have a good predictive value for the efficacy and recurrence of OC patients, and both may be potential targets for future OC treatment. |
