Patellar tendon rupture is a rare disease and will lead to a loss of involvement in sports activity or hinder daily life owing to the loss of function of the knee extensor mechanism. In this case, we present a case of chronic patellar tendon rupture in a 65-year-old woman who underwent multiple operations, after 12 mo of follow-up, the patient performs good clinical and functional outcomes. |
