Core Tip |
Gallbladder cancer (GC) is the most common biliary malignancy that mostly affects the elderly. At present, however, the specific role of exosomal miR-182 and RECK in GC remains a subject under exploring. The results of current study indicated that exosomal miR-182 could markedly promote the migration and invasion of GC cells by inhibiting RECK. Therefore, miR-182 could serve as a therapeutic target for GC. |
