        | Core Tip | miRNA expression in serum was stable and repeatable detected, has the potential to be biomarker for type 2 diabetes. We have built a multi-parameter diagnostic model contain miR-148b, miR-223, miR-130a, miR-19a, the area under curve was 0.90 (0.86, 0.94), after validation, the sensitivity and specificity were 78.36% and 87.63%. We built a multi-parameter diagnostic model which may be novel biomarker for the detection of type 2 diabetes. |
