This work's main interest is to highlight the platelets key role as communicators cells and their crucial role in cancer progression and second metastasic focus. This review focuses on the role of platelets on microenvironment tumoral as well as the interaction of molecules coming from platelets and breast cancer stem cells involved in cancer. |
