Core Tip The neurofibromatosis type I (NF-I) dystrophic spinal deformity can be very severe. Thus, sufficient and exquisite preoperative assessment is significantly important for the correction surgery. In this study, we creatively performed a modified surgery for the patient with NF-I dystrophic spinal deformity.
