Core Tip |
This study showed that patients with postoperative glioma had relatively good sleep quality 1-2 years after being discharged from the hospital. After 2 years, patients began to worry about recurrence, and this worry was accompanied by anxiety and pain, which often led to sleep disorders. Moreover, our study showed that older patients are less likely than younger patients to sleep longer and to sleep more efficiently. Thus, sleep disturbance was an important factor affecting the outcomes and quality of life of patients. Sufficient attention should be paid to these patients. |
