Core Tip As the opening of two-child policy, the prevalence of uterine rupture has increasing trend in china. Atypical uterine rupture is easily misdiagnosed as other obstetric or surgical diseases. for atypical uterine rupture, abdominocentesis can be used to help us make a diagnosis. In this paper, we explore risk factors, clinical manifestations, early diagnosis, therapy and prevention for uterine rupture. We report two such cases that can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine rupture.
