Core Tip Undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver is rarely seen in clinical practice; it is difficult to diagnose and easily misdiagnosed before surgery. Comprehensive treatment based on complete surgical resection is the key for long-term survival. The methods involved in diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of the disease should be further investigate.
