Core Tip |
It is the first study to verify the effects of Yue-Bi-Tang (YBT) on regulating water metabolism and reducing tissue injury in rats with severe acute pancreatitis, complicating with acute lung injury and acute kidney injury. We demonstrated the protective effect of YBT on severe acute pancreatitis lung and renal function from two aspects, alleviation of inflammatory injury and reduction of edema. Furthermore, our study discussed the edematous elimination effect of YBT is regulating water metabolism via decreasing the expression of aquaporins. |
