Ischemic colitis around the rectum is very rare, and thus, we need to diagnose this condition carefully and consider the possibility of inferior mesenteric arteriovenous malformation (AVM). Although a few reports have been published, inferior mesenteric AVM is a rare disease. This is the first report described the natural history of inferior mesenteric AVM. |
