There are some reviews contributed to elucidate the mechanism of bile acids (BAs) and cardiovascular system in the literature. However, this is a first review use molecular and cellular mechanisms of the pathways to explore the possible mechanism of BAs in cardiovascular system from pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease, and classify the role of BAs in heart and other organs use tabular form. So that readers could have a more comprehensive, deeper, and clearer understanding of the function of BAs. |
