| Core Tip |
This review elucidates the relationship between caudal-related homeobox transcription factor 2 (CDX2) and gastric carcinoma, and promotes research to establish whether CDX2 induces drug resistance in gastric cancer. The review highlights that CDX2-positive expression should be a useful maker for diagnosis for patients with intestinal-phenotype gastric cancer, because of this useful maker, future drug and gene therapy targets in gastric cancer might be influenced. |
