| Core Tip |
We systematically reported the diagnostic methods of central nervous system graft-vs-host disease and presented own diagnostic criteria, furthermore proposed that non-invasive tools, especially cerebrospinal fluid and blood immune biomarkers examination, facilitated the diagnosis of central nervous system graft-vs-host disease, particularly suitable for patients who are in critical ill and require urgent treatment and for those who are not suitable for invasive diagnostic procedures. |
