Core Tip |
In pathological diagnosis, when investigating invasion of the oviduct, one should pay close attention to distinguish whether the endometrial clear cell carcinoma invades the oviduct or whether it is accompanied by an oviduct adenomatoid tumor. The significance of this investigation is to determine whether the endometrial adenocarcinoma has tubal metastasis. This is critical for the confirmation of T3a in Tumor-Node-Metastasis staging. |
