| Core Tip |
Our study showed the pathological characteristics and new ABCC2 mutation of Dubin-Johnson syndrome (DJS). A 24-year-old female with intermittent jaundice and conjugated hyperbilirubinemia was performed for laparoscopic exploration and liver biopsy for diagnosis, and next-generation sequencing analysis for ABCC2 mutations analysis. Our study updates the ABCC2 Mutation Database in DJS. |
