Hepatic injury in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been widely observed. Although the pathogenic mechanisms still remain unclear, it is believed to be due to interplay of multiple factors. In this review, we have tried to discuss the pathophysiological mechanisms of hepatic injury in the context of COVID-19 and have proposed a management outline of such injury. |
